Creative Problem-Solving

At Healers of Conflicts Law & Conflict Resolution Center, we use many creative tools for solving problems. When your toolbox includes many tools, it is possible to find solutions which weren't readily apparent in the beginning.

After meeting with us, perhaps you'll realize that your problem isn't a legal one at all. Or that you already have everything you need to resolve it. Perhaps you'll find that instead of a long litigation, the best response is to sit down and talk with someone you're in conflict with.

In conflicts, we have training in cutting edge tools like appreciative inquiry, thinking-hats, brainstorming, and possibility thinking. We've actually trained others in listening and responding to underlying issues.

Creative Problem-Solving is a new paradigm of law practice. There's even a law school that specializes in this approach: See the McGill Center for Creative Problem-Solving at the California Western School of Law.
