Separation Agreements

A separation agreement is a contract between husband and wife that resolves their marital issues. When a couple marries, there are many legal consequences such as certain inheritance rights and other rights and responsibilities that attach. The contract also resolves issues related to cash flow, property division, and parenting.

There are many separation agreement forms on the internet. Unfortunately, unless you're a family law attorney, you probably won't understand the legal impact of the forms and should therefore never use them.

Our Separation Agreements are written in plain English, using legal jargon only where necessary for legal effect. Each is personalized with YOUR information and agreements.
