Document Preparation & Review

Our office can review documents with you, help you to understand their significance and impact, and coach you on your next steps. There are many instances where you might need this service. Often, the other party in a dispute will draft a document and ask you to sign it. Sometimes you and the other party will come to agreements in mediation and the mediator will tell you to go get the mediated Memorandum of Understanding reviewed by an attorney. You might have found a form on the Internet that needs to be reviewed before you file it and you may have some questions about how to go about the filing.
