Services for Small Businesses

While most of our work is with families, we know that small businesses are often family operations. Besides working with couples to maintain business partnerships even as their marriage partnerships dissolve, we work with companies on resolving conflicts between or among employers and employees. We train staffs on approaches to conflict and we coach business owners on effective ways of managing conflict.

In addition, we can help you with basic incorporation, contracts based on creating strong relationships that last over time, and business planning.

Our attorney, Kim Wright, majored in Economics/Business Administration at Warren Wilson College. She is entrepreneurial and has owned or co-owned several businesses. She is a founder or co-founder of several non-profit organizations.
